The artist, who graduated from Gazi Education Institute (Ankara) Painting Department in 1967, completed his specialty education in London St. Martins School of Fine Arts, and completed his graduate studies at the Chelsea School of Fine Arts in 1983. Having completed his proficiency in art (doctorate) thesis at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Dokuz Eylül University (İzmir) in 1986, the artist received the title of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in 1989, and Professorship in 1995 at the same university. Retiring from Dokuz Eylul University Fine Arts Faculty in 2005, the artist worked as a faculty member and dean at Yaşar University Faculty of Art and Design until 2016. The artist continues his life and art works in İzmir.

Goren Bulut, who reflects the lives that were blown away in the stalemate of urban problems between the 1960s and 80s, to his black and white print works, moved to İzmir in the second half of the 1980s, with multi-colored, dashed key movements on the canvas, which are the reflection of sections from İzmir. nature abstractions and landscape works draw attention.
