Leblebici graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Applied Arts in 1984, and is a member of Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts (SNBA), Paris. by the SNBA institution; “Bronze Medal in Painting” in 2006, “Silver Medal” with “20×20” Delegation exhibition in 2011, “Gold Medal” with “Synergie / Synergy” Delegation exhibition in 2015, 2013 Tunisia/Monastir International Plastic Arts Festival. He was honored with the "Grand Prize in Painting". T.R. His works within the scope of the project carried out within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Especially in Abuja (Nigeria) and Ulan Bator (Mongolia), T.C. It is included in the collections of embassy artworks. The artist has been represented by Galerie L'Amour de L'Art in Paris since 2010. The artist continues his life and art works in İzmir.
