An unforgettable conversation at Serdar Leblebici Workshop

The workshop is very important for every artist. A special area that allows an artist to think, dream, write, draw, read. Serdar Leblebici workshop is one of these special areas. It is as if he became one with his artist. The floor, the walls, the corridors, the rooms, every square meter of the workshop is full of paintings up to the ceiling. We entered through the door of a life that consists of producing and creating. I have always heard that Serdar Leblebici is a very productive artist. There was a pair of eyes shining brightly with creativity, work discipline and passion for work. Our energy also matched so well that with Serdar Hodja, there was really an energy beyond what I expected in the shooting.

The conversation we started with the story of Leblebici's introduction to art continued with the artist's periods, experiences with different materials, sculpture works, travels to Paris, and most importantly, portrait paintings that I believe are a whole with Serdar Hodja. The artist's striking use of color in his portrait paintings, the pattern infrastructure, the holistic perception created by the brush strokes and the meticulously studied eye form take the viewer on a timeless journey.
